Please note that we will be responsible to collect the products from buyers under the following conditions as per of Kuwait Law,
- 1. Customer purchased an item and wants to return or exchange – he/she has only 14 days to return or exchange, make sure the items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 14 days from the date on which items are delivered.
Software products will not be returned or replaced unless in a sealed pack and unused.
Note :-In case, if any return request made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only.
- 2. Customer purchased an item and that got defected within 4 days – KWShopper will collect and replace the item from vendor.
- 3. Customer purchased an item and that got defected after 4 days – customer support team will provide vendor service center address to customer. (Condition applies for electronic items).
- 4. In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or purchased during the sales campaigns etc, then we have the rights not to accept the product return. Replacement is possible only if customer is proving defect within 2 days after the delivery.
- 5. Product damaged due to wrong usage (electrical source, water leakage, repaired with unauthorized workshop etc.) will not be accepted under the warranty terms & conditions.
